PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions of cooperation between https://lgaming-network.com (“Company” or “Affiliate Program” or “Affiliate Network” or “Lgaming”) and You (“Affiliate”), submitting an application to participate in the Lgaming Affiliate Program.

The terms in this Agreement apply to your participation in the affiliate program available at https://lgaming-network.com. By submitting an application via https://lgaming-network.com, you confirm your explicit agreement to all terms of this Agreement.

By applying, you acknowledge you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be bound by all its terms. If you do not agree, refrain from applying. An individual submitting on behalf of a legal entity confirms they have legal authority to bind that entity.

1. Terminology

Payment – the amount payable to the Affiliate from the internal account to the Affiliate’s external payment system per the agreed model.
Reward / Commission – funds earned as a commission from profit generated by referred Clients.
Client – an end-user, aged 18+, registered via the Affiliate’s link.
Payment Model – compensation for a specific result from online promotion of advertising materials.
CPA (cost per action) – a model where payment is made for a specified action.
KPI – conditions set by the Advertiser, fulfillment of which qualifies the Lead for payment.
Revenue Share / Revshare – payment where the Advertiser shares revenue from the Product.
Offer – terms and conditions (restrictions and rewards) defining the Advertiser’s information promoted online.
Affiliate – a webmaster participating in the program, attracting Clients.
Affiliate Program – cooperation between https://lgaming.network and the Affiliate based on the terms below, accepted upon registration.
Product / Advertising Object – goods, services, projects, or branding promoted online.
Advertising – information shared online to attract attention, generate interest, and promote the Product.
Advertising Materials – tools used for online promotion.
Traffic – Clients acquired through the Affiliate’s online efforts.

2. General Provisions

Affiliate uses program resources to attract Clients and receives payments per this Agreement.

3. Rights and Obligations

Affiliate Obligations:

Search for eligible Clients, determine interest, report results.
Resolve third-party claims related to their activities.
Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
Notify Company of actions harming Company’s rights.
Comply with local laws.

Affiliate Rights:

Receive rewards and payments as per this Agreement.

Prohibited for Affiliate:

Aggressive or abusive language.
Cookie-stuffing or manipulations.
Multiple registrations per person, IP, device, or payment.
Unauthorized multiple accounts.
Sharing confidential information.

Company Obligations:

Timely payment of rewards.
Provide instructions and guidance.

Company Rights:

Request traffic sources and information.
Suspend payments if violations suspected.
Amend Agreement unilaterally; Affiliate responsible for checking updates.

4. Work Conditions and Payment Calculation

Payments per agreed model.
Rewards based on share of net revenue from referred Clients.
No reimbursement for third-party expenses.
CPA requires manager activation.
Terms cover KPI verification, multi-account prevention, anti-fraud checks, ad materials, and non-payment for violations.

5. Final Provisions

Communication with admin is confidential.
Either party may terminate at any time with notice.
Disputes resolved by negotiation; written requests accepted within 3 days.
Requests sent to [email protected].
Processing period: 15–20 business days.
Official requests must include name, email, date/time, and issue.
Company may refuse requests for abusive or threatening content.
Violations may result in account closure without payment.
