1.3. For the purposes of investigating fraud and money laundering, the Affiliate Network has the right to provide information stored about the Partner, including personal data and activity history, to government authorities, including the police, and specialized anti-money-laundering services.

1.4. The Affiliate Network takes reasonably necessary measures to ensure accurate registration and reliable storage of Partner data.

1.5. By using the Affiliate Network, the Partner understands and agrees that the information they provide, as well as their actions within the Affiliate Network, may be subject to verification by third parties (independent organizations) responsible for ensuring the safe and proper functioning of the system, data storage and protection, and compliance with legal requirements.
